FWB wanting to be more?

I have been friends with benefits with this guy for about 2 weeks now, we knew eachother for about a month before this started, the reason we decided to just be fwb is because I was planning on going off to college 1600 miles away so it was never really dicussed weather we would ever be more but now things have changed and I am no longer going I am staying in the area. I am starting to like him, I think about him all the time when I am not with him. I'm just trying to get some advice is to weather I should talk to him about it soon before he finds someone else, or should I wait a few weeks?. Lately when we hang out and watch tv I always hold his hand and cuddle with him and if he gets up he always comes back and takes my hand again, but I honestly don't know what he is thinking....So is it best to wait it out or find out as soon as I can?
