Affidavit of support for green card?

You are only required to submit a copy of last year's Income Tax Return.However, you will still need to provide the Income information of 2006 and 2007 when filling up the Form I-1864 (Affidavit of Support) though you have the option not to furnish them the copy of 2006 and 2007 anymore.It's really your choice whether you will just send last year's Income Tax Return or include the previous 2 years.If you are confident that last year's Income can already satisfy the 125% Poverty Level requirement then just submit 2008 ITR.
