If California wasn't bombarded with Illegal Immigrants Would they still be Billions in Debt?

Arnold is begging for a Bailout from Govt now, meaning the rest of us in other states will have higher taxes to pay for California's mistakes. All the illegal Immigrants in California has cost them 10s of Billions of dollars a year- California is so broke, they sent out I- O-Us to people who were supposed to get tax refunds. Liberals shut down most the farm land in California to save a 2 inch fish and people are actually eating canned food from CHINA- So Obama is causing China to make more money and USA to make less money over a FISH- which I think is just a excuse.
