How do you potty train?

She's nine weeks old and hasn't gone in the same spot twice (inside). We're trying to use a chime by the door on our way out each time and say "we're going potty". Each time we catch her in the act inside we say "no" and take her outside. If she goes there, we reward immediately. Of course, we always reward her immediately with praise and sometimes a treat when she goes outside. She's not going in the crate, just all over our floors. It's been one week since we got her. Thanks
