By **full moon** do you mean Full Moon o Sagashite? If it isn't then I suggest you read FMOS. =) Other good ones are One Piece, Bleach (omg I loved it), Elfen Lied (really gory but pretty good plot), Vampire Knight (kind of dark but romantic). Gauken Alice is also good. Chobits too. ^.^
