Pregnant Rabbit-not sure again?

From what I can understand, your rabbit should be into her first week of the pregnancy, right? If that is the case, then just wait. The gestation period is 28-34 days, and the nesting box should be put in on the eve of the 28th day. Don't worry about disturbing her, since it would be better to have the babies in the box instead of on the wire. If you know the approximate date of when she got pregnant, wait four weeks or so.
