Protein shake 3 times a week?

Are you a male or female? Males should take the shake an hour after every workout. Not right away or it'll turn to some fat. Females shouldn't take it after ab workouts unless they have a flat stomach with no fat because they'll get more cut. But if there's fat the muscle will just pop out first then slowly lose fat which will take long and will have to be around town with a wide stomach first. I'm guessing you're a guy, 3 times a week is very little. Shakes are around 2times a day but if you're a starter maybe once everyday.
