My African Dwarf Clawed Aquatic Frog is having some issues.?

I'm almost positive that he has red leg. I'm halfway through a very mild version of the T.C. Tetracycline remedy. The red seems to be going away. My only concern is his OVERLY inflamed reproductive glands. He has continued his normal breeding cycle but it only seems to make it bigger.
