Can I build a fort in the forest?

I live in British Columbia, Canada and I've recently started building a fort out of logs in a regional park forest. The fort is about 20 feet long and 8 feet wide. I've already made the foundation by gathering a bunch of boulders, sticks and logs onto the site. I'll start building the fencing and walls soon and I hope to complete the whole building in a few months. Is it legal to build a fort in the wilderness and what will happen to the construction if authorities find out? Im building this with a few friends using locally found resources in the forest. thanks
