Can i still eat this?

i bought some chicken kievs from the shop and put them in the freezer only to take them out 2day and find it says in small print on the bottom of the pack that this has been thawed 4 ur convenience do not refreeze..so im wondering if they will still be ok to eat..i have tried looking online about refreezing but havnt really found an answer..also the same happened with some calamari i bought as well their still in the freezer though..hoping they are still edible though..these products were not frozen when i bought them so im not sure how long they were defrosted for before i refroze them..has any1 been in this situation and did u still eat it?and was it fine still? thanx
