Who do I talk to, to get my Husband back to the U.S.A?

Hi I just got married to my husband now on May 5th in El Salvador and I was looking online to see what I have to do to start the process of getting him home and I just got soooooo confused with all the paper work because theres different ones and I just don't know which ones to fill out so I was just wondering who i'd be able to talk to and an average on how long it takes to get him home if someone has done it before thank you
