What is the most bad of the 2 evils?

On a social level I would agree with you. But unfortunately drinking is legal if at the right age and within the legal limit (while driving). Pot on the otherhand is illegal; and that is the bad rap which has placed on it from long ago. I understand a person can only get so high smoking pot, even if they smoke all day long; they are subject to act silly or fall asleep. In contrast, a person drinks more than 3 gles is subject to act a violent fool or verbally harr. But law has labeled one behavior criminal and the other disorderly (until an ault takes place). I think if politicians all got together after adjourning and ped some joints around they might be more effective.
