If a person is charged with 2 counts and acquitted of one, is it double jeopardy to sentence him?

For instance, if he was acquitted of having an illegal shed on structural grounds, could he still be sentenced to tear down the shed because he was found guilty on the other count of "living in the shed" a restricted use to prevent "future criminality"? Would that be double jeopardy because the shed itself is legal, and he should not be forced to tear it down?
